Sally: This is me at my worst, but the darn camera is just like my children; it don't mind either.

Born in Matewan, WV in 1934, I lived my formative years-there then most of my growing years in Detroit, Michigan across the river from Windsor Canada. Never took much to sports, but love to draw and I am a dedicated student of watercolors. Never finished the University, but had I gone on I would have excelled in English, since I love the written word. I have raised a family and now have time to dedicate to my writing and art. At various times, I have been everything but a scuba diver. I am a stay-at-home wannabe writer. Hubby and I are alone now that the children are married and have established families nearby. I am an aspiring wannabe writer. In 1995, I decided
to go back to school and I have taken a number of classes including writing classes online. I have written several Short Stories. This is my first attempt to get anything before the media. If there is one guiding light to my writing, it is that I try to write stories that I would want to read myself.  Stories that will make you want to read past the first chapter, because that is when I leave the book if I have to struggle to get there. If I cannot be excited, pleased, entertained or educated I close the book.
